At Rastah, we strive for perfection in every piece, but if your order isn't quite right, we offer a 14-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items. We are committed to ensuring your experience with our artisanal streetwear is as seamless as the craftsmanship itself.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags, security seals, and authenticity cards are intact and included.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our studio receives and inspects the garment, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
